It is only natural that different phone services are offered for different users. After all, someone looking for a new landline system will not have the same requirements as someone searching to replace an office’s phone system. On the other hand, businesses cannot limit themselves to home or mobile plans. It is therefore highly important to understand the different between each of these three packages.
Home plans
Home VoIP plans are offered as replacements for traditional landlines. With this package, you’ll have access to a local, international or toll-free number. Your calls can be made through an IP telephone with an Internet connection, or with VoxSun’s smartphone or iPhone app. Included are functionalities such as caller ID with name, call waiting, voice mail, call transfer and others yet.
Mobile plans
The mobile VoIP plan gives you an alternative to mobile telephony. With this plan, you have access to VoxSun’s smartphone and iPhone apps. You can use it to make calls with a smartphone or iPhone connected to the Internet. Calls to and from the US and Canada are toll-free, regardless of your monthly plan. The functionalities included are voice mail, advanced call transfer, email notifications for new voice mail and many more.
Office plans
The office plan is simply a plan meant for businesses. This package offers a cloud PBX, which allows you to have mobile extensions. In other words, calls can be made or received from outside the office. As is the case for the two other plans, this one only really requires an Internet connection. The office plan is pricier than the other two, but it also offers additional functions. These include extensions, video conference calls, voice recognition software, an automated receptionist, a call center module and many more.
